Venue Terms of Use
Effective from: 1 June 2025
Location: The Vita Nova, 112 Norman Street, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
By booking and using the venue, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all bookings made via our website, email, phone or in person.
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed once payment is received.
A deposit may be required to lock in your date - we’ll let you know if this applies.
Full payment is due at least 7 days before your booking.
All pricing is listed excluding GST.
2. Cancellations & Changes
Cancel more than 14 days ahead and you may be eligible for a refund (minus any admin fees).
Cancellations within 3 days of your booking are non-refundable.
Changes to your booking (like rescheduling) are subject to availability and may include a fee.
3. Using the Space
You can access the venue only during your booked time - this includes setup and pack-down.
Additional charges apply if you go over time.
Please leave the space tidy.
If the cyc wall is marked and needs repainting, a cleaning/repainting fee will apply.
You're responsible for any damage that happens during your booking.
Please message the venue manager on your arrival and departure.
4. Behaviour & Safety
You're responsible for the behaviour of your guests, crew or clients while on site.
Noise must stay within Brisbane City Council guidelines.
We reserve the right to end a booking early if anything unsafe, illegal or disruptive happens.
5. Alcohol
Serving alcohol is only permitted through our Catering partner Wine & Dine’m (next door)
6. Liability
You and your guests use the venue at your own risk.
We're not responsible for any injury, loss or damage to people or personal property.
We recommend you arrange your own insurance if your booking involves valuable gear or large groups.
